CLIENTS SAY...

“Shez as a therapist is fun, engaging and approachable. I had some very eye-opening moments and a lot of reflection between sessions”
Easy to book appointments and make payments with a self-service system. I am free to book or amend my appointments and there is no pressure to commit to a certain number of sessions. I can have therapy as and when I feel I need it.
Shez is very kind and approachable, happy to give me the space to just get things off my chest as well as offer advice and solutions if that’s what I want. Very adjustable style which is helpful
Shez is attentive and warm in her approach. I like the holistic and integrative therapy style that she has because it makes me think of my situations from different perspectives. I like the thought-provoking activities that she asks me to do outside of just talking as well.
Shez is warm and gentle and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. She’s thoughtful with her words and is truthful without ever offending or confusing you.
In person sessions are relaxed and comfortable. Shez uses various effective counselling techniques and always has different methods to help me work through my emotions.
Perfect! Shez is the type of counsellor I have been looking for, I feel comfortable speaking to her and not judged at all. She’s also really friendly and makes me feel like I can share.
She doesn’t judge me I feel I can open up about anything… she has really helped me to open up.
Really happy with Shez’s approach to counselling! Counselling room has a nice ambience. It’s cosy. Now that it’s winter and getting colder, this is not an issue because of the heater in the room. I like the lighting and the diffuser in the background to set the mood.
The therapy room is a really lovely environment. It is warm and cosy, and I like that it doesn’t feel clinical or medical. It really feels like a safe space where you can sit back and let out your thoughts without feeling like you’re being “examined” by a doctor. The low lighting and colours in the room are soothing. I especially like booking evening sessions as this emphasises the comfort in the room.
9/10 clients scored ‘very likely’ on ‘how likely are you to recommend Shez as a counsellor to others?’.
10/10 clients scored ‘Yes’ to ‘does your counsellor practice fairly and ethically?’.
I started following Shez after our first session and I like reading her posts. She’s recently become more active with Stories and Highlights too which is a good way to engage with her followers. I enjoy seeing posts she shares from other counsellors too. Sometimes reading a post can change my perspective or even just brighten up my day.
I follow Shez on Insta and find her posts helpful, especially the ones she sends to me directly. It’s a good reminder to the things I’m working on.
